Always had problems here. Manager sounds like a kid. Something tells me he has what it takes to turn things around. My order... under his supervision was completely ruined but I?ll try again. The staff was nice and friendly. The store was clean and EVERYONE was working. The wait was not long, my food was hot & fresh.... The employees leaving work in the parking lot even spoke as we passed. Read more

I?ve only been here a handful of times. Lines always take so long (despite only a few cars ahead of me) and they never have... anything on the menu. Last time, no large cups for drinks. What positive can I say about them... Well it's Taco Bell. The tacos were loaded with grease and the crunchy shells were soggy... and limp. The tacos did have the normal amount of meat, which is to say next to nothing. The employees could not move any slowerif they were dead. Needless to say, both my service and food truly sucked! I do not believe I will ever go back to Taco Bell. Read more

If your going to only serve door dash and not the rest of the general public on a Friday night where you have no choice but to... stay in the long line just for the person over the speaker to tell you DoorDash only it would be nice to put a sign up andconsider the other people who are going to be stuck in your drive through and can not order food. Please consider others or Iwill no longer be spending money here. Since when did a online order become more important then a customer actually at yourwindow lol if your short staff just make people wait the old fashion way?this never hurt anyone unless your trying to keep yourtime down on the drive through window clock at the Customer Expense. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. I walked in and ordered over $30 worth of food for my group as we... dined in, we found the longest strand of hair in a chalupa I requested for a manager and waited beyond the expected time to beassisted. The ?manager? Austin approached the counter with a nasty disposition and had the nerve to get irate and blurt aloudthat the young lady is fixing her hair in the back and for me to just be patient for the remake. He assumed it was a certainpersons hair in the food and was absolutely unprofessional messy, and angry. I felt like he added fuel to the situation and itcould?ve gone south had the young lady and I been immature. He should not be a manager at all and should be retrained if theyconsider keeping him. He?s a poor representation of that specific TB franchise. Read more

Honestly this is the worst location and the only reason I keep giving this place a chance is because it?s right down the street... from me but tonight was my last string with them, every time I come here the service is bad.
