There seem to be this thing with Subways restaurants. They never stay open till 9pm, which is the time it's suppose to. So I'm... in line at 849p, there's 1 person placing their order and one more person behind them. So we are about to place our order whenthe 2nd car in front of us ask me to back up so he could get out. As he's backing out, he says that they are CLOSED. It stillwasn't even 9pm, it was like 8:54p. So I'm mad because I sat in line and didn't even order before 9p. This is purelyunacceptable! STOP closing before the actual time it's suppose to close. Read more
The worst service I’ve had in a long time. 6/15 @ 5:45. Girl at the drive thru window was rude, had a horrible attitude & Got... mad when she was asked for the chips/drinks we ordered with our meal. “Whatever” is her response to me saying “we hadcombos” Not to mention the subway itself was out of almost everything. 2 Months ago i placed a large order on line, and paid from my bank account. was told my food would be ready at 8pm my husband... went there at 10 to 8 to find the entire crew, manager etc leaving. asked about ou food and was told, well we are leaving. guessthis is their lucky day since Chase has decided to treat that as a theft, gave me a choice of pressing charges or letting chasereverse my charges, or leave it for chase to prosecute that store and the pitiful bi****s who run it. guess what I chose???
