This is my normal location.. the food is good as usual. However, the young man at the counter need additional training. He... thought it was okay to ignore and take other customers before my teenager. When I saw this I went into the building and spokeup for them he tried to pretend as if my teenager did not know my number, so my child recited for him with no problems. Thecashier tried to cover up the disrespect versus just apologizing. During the back and forth the manager just stayed back andtook no action to make sure the staff member was okay or ro see what I was upset about. I reminded him the order was placedonline and children customers are just as important as adult customers. Customer service seems to be obsolete more and more formany businesses. Read more

Order a delivery it comes thru door dash without my knowledge.. apparently hungry howies doesn't have workers... I ordered a... chicken bacon ranch pizza with Cajun crust well done and an Asiago cheese bread add mozzarella... food gets here pizza isn'twell done there's no Cajun crust my Asiago cheese bread has parm not mozzarella and no sauce for either... completely unrealsimple order completely wrong ill never order there again Read more
For something that cost about a dollar per piece, if a piece of it is so diminutive compared to the average or norm size... expected (reasonable), don't count it as one whole piece!!! Not worth my money. Read more
Dirty hands! I was in today at 11:45 and the cashier nails were short and dirty handling cash. Then she went back to the salad... area I did not see her wash her hands but even if she did wash her hands she did not wear gloves while she made a Greek salad.Then she used her bare hands for each item digging from the containers and cut salami with her bare hands. She still didn?t washher hands and then she went to make pizza. I ask for a refund for my salad and also left without my call in pizza order. Thismakes me very nervous and I will not return because that is very unhealthy to prepare food and not wash your hands constantly.I?m glad I witnessed this! Read more
