I used delivery..He was ok, polite. The food this time wasn't there best..but we will try them again.
Well I gave them 3 stars a month or so back, corporate replayed asking me to email them which I did and I was never given the... courtesy for them to return my email. This below is what I sent; I was asked to explain why the review I left wasaverage. Well Happy's used to be one of my favorite pizza places. This location the staff is just meh, almost seemed like inwas burdening then picking up my order, the crusts we're bubbly and burnt with like 3" of crust, I spent almost $50 for two piesand an order of cheesey bread, I ordered extra cheese on the pizzas, but it didn't even seem like it had the normal amount ofcheese on it, I could see sauce through it. It was so saucey that the center of the pie was doughy. The outside of thestorefront is always dirty excessive cigarette butts on the walk, empty pizza boxes and packs of cigarettes, the side door thereis grease and oil all over the approach, and into the city walk. Look, I'm new to Michigan. Just moved here from Texas. I've been trying out all these pizza shops and happys is by far the best... pizza I've had here. I went to Green Lantern just to try it out; it did not compare at all. Happys is where it's at! My tummy isdisappointed tonight but never again. Happys only from now on. Good effin pizza!!! Read more
Ive order here more then once never had a problem I got my food and the lettuce was brown and the chili cheese fries made my mom... throw up I spoke to the manager he just argued with me saying all lettuce are brown now and he just made a new thing of chili.One shouldn't be arguing with a customer and 2 if you just made it then why is my mom throwing up for poor service never goinghere again ???? Aug 2021 - first time visit here. Ordered 20 PC chicken wing dings (half well done; half reg), 1/2 slab ribs, 5 PC shrimp,... small antipasto salad. Sauces were their own brand of BBQ & garlic BBQ. Wow, their own BBQ is really good!! I couldn't reallydecider if the garlic BBQ was good but could hardly notice any garlic flavor. We ordered take out and had wanted to take picsof the food before we ate but my goodness! The aroma was so appealing that I forgot to take pics! ???? The ribs were ok.Instead of using whatever bbq sauce they put on it, it would have been better using their own brand. The rest of food wasperfect! Really liked the shrimp. The breaded batter didn't over power the shrimp...you know how some places batter theirshrimp so much you wonder if you're paying for the batter rather than the shrimp. Not so here. Perfect proportion. I should haveordered the next size up...maybe next time. The small salad could feed 2 people easy. It was a lot of salad. Definitely willcome again. Read more
No customer service skills at all just rude when I ordered shrimp they gave me a rib order & the shrimp were fried with the... shell on( ????) & taste fishy like old cooking grease, when I called you he store back for something different a gave them myexperience, It wasn't honored without what I didn't taste , so with all that being said they lucky for this 1 star rating!
