Customer service is great! I wish I can give them 5 stars!! The app is always working and updated. I took away 2 stars because... this location is frequently (and I mean frequently) out of drinks. They run out of refreshers and even ice to make Frappuccino?sway too often. It?s always a 50/50 shot when I order on the app if my drink will be available. They are a high traffic locationso they should order more inventory. If they can figure out how to increase their inventory I would give 5 stars. Also, it?s nota COVID thing because when they run out I have to go to the Starbucks in the local a target and they always have inventory. Youcan?t order via the app there though! Read more
Extremely friendly staff, store was very clean and worked quickly to get many customers in and out while providing a delicious... beverage. Recent review stated negatives including only putting in one sandwich at a time, but considering that every sandwich(and pastry) is an extremely different size and makeup it makes sense that they can?t put several in at the same time. Don?tcome into a coffee shop during a rush and be upset that they didn?t put your breakfast sandwich in with a croissant. Use somecommon sense, and consider they aren?t a sandwich shop! They were speedy, polite, and helped me pick out a new drink to try aswell! What more could you ask for? Read more
Horrible customer service. Very slow. If they have 10 sandwiches to make they make one at a time and won?t put the finished ones... out until all of them are complete. To much staff talking. They would rather chat with each other which is fine but why do theyhave to stop and talk. I literally watched someone making my drink and another one making my sandwich stop what they were doing5 times to talk and giggle like little kids. I will drive out of my way next time to the one on freemansburg drive. Read more
This Starbucks in particular definitely deserves recognition and appreciation for their continuous hard work! Everybody that... works there is friendly, and always willing to keep the customer happy. I always get greeted with a smile, even when they arebusy. People need to understand, this is an extremely busy Starbucks, and they handle it like pros, but occasionally you have toexercise a little patience (when it gets insanely busy). This does not reflect poorly upon the employees at the Starbuckseither. They get dozens of orders at a time, and they always do their absolute best to fill every one of them correctly. I seeevery day how hard they work, and it is very often met with attitude, sarcasm, and a serious lack of appreciation. Let?s try toremember, orders are made in the order they are received, no one is trying to make you wait longer. If you DO feel the need toask about your order, do so in a considerate way. It?s not that hard to be nice. For being as busy as it is, IMO this Starbucksexceeds expectations and I commend them for their hard work and their patience! Best piece of advice would be, make sure youorder (keeping in mind that it is a busy Starbucks), a few minutes earlier. Without doubt a five star Starbucks, which is why Ikeep returning there. This is very busy location. I've been coming very early or before noon or afternoon, whenever I come this place is busy.... Specially in the weekends this place gets packed. So, make sure to have extra time before placing order or walking in. Noattwrhow busy the place is Starbucks team has always been very kind and friendly and met with smile, treated with respect. Verygrateful for that. Well done guys! May God bless you for that. There are outside tables (of 4 or 5). There is no drivethrough. There are bathrooms.
