Taste of the food was decent. But the service is another story??they don?t even ask you what kind of bread you want, and when I... specifically asked for the rosemary Italian bread and was given plain bread anyways. My girlfriend and I got our food to bring home. We sat down to eat and I took a couple bites only to find my cheesesteak... smothered in this girls hair that made my sandwich. None of the employees were wearing hair nets. We Called and spoke to themanager he said we are frequent customers and will give us free subs next time we come in and that hair nets will beimplemented. Never stepping foot in this place ever again. Pictures don't do justice for the wad of hair I pulled out. Not tomention you ruined my whole appetite for the night. I?m always pleased with both service and subs at Jersey Mike?s! The staff is always pleasant and the food is always fresh. I frequent this Jersey Mike?s whenever I drive through. It?s easily accessible and even when they?re busy they push good food... out. The food is always quality and the staff is very friendly. Which says a lot because it?s not an easy job dealing withhangry customers all day! I love that they cut the meat and cheese fresh. It makes the difference.
