This place is great. Discovered Zupa a about a month ago and went like 4 times total already. EVERYTHING on the menu is good.... Tried every soup. All are good. Tried many sandwiches, all good. Especially the Brisket with BBQ. It's killer. The GrilledCheese with Pesto is also in the rotation. You also get a dipped strawberry with every combo. They have fusion drinks in thefountain area, also really good. I can never decide which I like most, but the Raspberry Lime and the one with Honey in it hitpretty hard. Way better than the other soup places like Zoup. Worth driving 30 min out of my way and having to deal with themall just to eat here. Should also mention that all the young ladies that work here are super nice. I have yet to try thebrownies cause I avoid sugar, but they look fantastic. Maybe some day. One of my favorite spots to eat, I love that the soups are made fresh daily, it makes a huge difference in flavor. The staff is... always friendly and eager to help, Vicky, Emma, and Valeria helped me last time I stopped in and we're great with giving foodsuggestions and soup samples. I had the clam chowder & a cheese steak. My wife got some soup with chillies & a salad. This was the most bland stuff I've ever... had. As a chef I try to keep my expectations low, But this is ridiculous. Thirty something for the most bland stuff I've had inyears. I've had hundreds of different styles of clam chowder & this can't even beat a canned version, that says something to me.The sandwich was also bland, But the bread was actually good, Not the rolls, those just had a doughy taste to them. Definitelywon't be a next time for me. My wife did say the salad was good, but I didn't even bother trying it. Edit: I do appreciate zoupgoing in for a quality check on their soup, hopefully this is a cooking error & not actually how the soup is supposed to taste.If they do find an error I will retry this location to give an honest update. Amazing Soups and sandwiches! An actual restaurant that makes their soups daily from scratch and not previously frozen and... warmed up. I've had the lobster bisque and enchilada soups which are an explosion of flavor and full of real lobster and freshingredients!! Not too many places will offer fresh ingredients and made before your eyes. Super fast and friendly staff. Eachtime I've went during lunch time it's been so busy that Even the GM Cristina helps with making food. This is definitely a leaderby action, which you dont ever see often a manager jump right in with the staff to help serve the customers to keep pace withtimely orders! Great job Cristina and staff! We were pumped to order from Zupas, their seasonal (fall) selection and chicken enchilada soup were calling our name. The... flavors were very bland, like no seasoning at all in all three soups we got: Southwest potato + chili, chicken enchilada, andthe mac + cheese. I had to add spices (pepper to the Mac+cheese per photo) and still didn't finish it. Also got the kids chickentenders which are gross and chewy. I'm still hungry and I certainly do not recommend.. Honestly, buy a loaf of bread and make your own sandwich, soup is basically from a can. The prices for what you get are not... great. My grilled cheese (I got no tomato) had literally two pieces of cheese product on it and then stuck in a toaster oven towarm, there was nothing ?grilled? about it.
