We placed a delivery order that arrived about 40 mins later, but some of our food wasn't delivered. I called within a minute of... the driver leaving my house, and they asked if I would like them to send someone back out, I said yes please, they said okay.The location is 10 mins or so (even in traffic) from my house. What they didn't mention is the driver was heading 20 mins inthe opposite direction first for two other deliveries, before he would be able to go back to the restaurant to pick up themissing food to deliver it again. I learned that when I called the 2nd time, 45 mins later. The person on the phone acted as ifthey were confused about why it may have been helpful to let me know they were short staffed or only had one driver, and that itcould be awhile. I'd have offered to go get it myself without any issue or complaint. Things happen, people forget things, thewhole world is short staffed, I get it. I wasn't rude at all, but the person I spoke to really responded as if the issue was onme. The food was decent at least. ???? Read more
I ordered a Pizza burger sub and the inside of hamburger was raw with blood still coming out of it, I could not even eat it. I... called to ask for clarification if I ever ordered again do I need to clarify well-done and I was told No that is how they aremade. I?ll stick with pizza ! Very disappointed!!! Read more
The classic Italian food here at Rusticana is just like the great pizza and other Italian favorites that I grew up with in... Philadelphia and New Jersey. Once you're outside of the New York / New Jersey / southeastern Pennsylvania area, it's almostimpossible to find truly great pizza and Italian food. But the stromboli I ordered at Rusticana's was among the best I've everhad. A guy and his kids two tables down ordered pasta with meatballs and an individual pizza, and it all looked great. Mywaitress, Bri, was super friendly and personable, and the rest of the staff seemed just as great. Gonna go back tomorrow nightand order pizza. In fact, I will probably eat here any time I am in this area. Best food I've found in this community. Read more
Pizza, meatballs and wings were all really good but the seating is very uncomfortable, I couldn't tell if the floor was actually... dirty but it looks gross and to top it off the waitress spilled an entire cup of tea on my wife without even an offer of adiscount. I didn't even want a discount but how do you not at least offer something as a good gesture. So I'd total order takeout but would not eat in again. Read more

Ordered pizza, sub and wings at 7PM for delivery. Lady never mentioned delayed delivery time. Now 9PM. Guess what? no delivery.... Call, they say it left about 10 minutes ago. I will not support their delivery anymore. Papa John?s, Dominos would have beenhere an hour ago. Read more
