I found a hair in my food so I took it back in to be remade only to find a longer hair in the second plate. I didn?t want it to... be remade so I gave the manager a call to let her know what happened. I asked if the employees were required to wear a hair net.She responded ?all of my employees are BLACK and they don?t need to wear a net because their hair don?t fall out.? That?s aridiculous and incorrect statement! I?m very disappointed in the way she treats customers and her doesn?t enforce basic foodsafety standards with her employees. Read more

Poor food consistency over all. Every time I go there is something that tastes relatively bad out of my plate. The biggest... inconvenience was today, I was told the franchise's app was down and my order was lost. The food was good but the service was terrible! It took them a while to even acknowledge us and when we ordered our food... (sandwich meal with fries, and a 10 piece chicken tender) they only gave us one sauce and when I asked for another one she wasextremely rude and charged me extra. Definitely won't be returning.
