First time back at Sonic in quite some time. Complete waste of $20. Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches which were so greasy... and flaccid they went directly in the garbage. Tater tots were cold and also waterlogged with grease. Mozzarella sticks wereedible - we ate them and drove to Pizza Hut to obtain some real food. Read more
I stopped eating at Sonic two years ago because the stuff they were trying to pass off as food was so bad(not this location). We... were passing by Sonic today and decided to give it another shot. We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, tots, and mozzarellasticks. Apparently they don't believe in cutting grilled cheese sandwiches here and the bread was soggy. The tots were ice cold.?? Just poor service and disrespectful employees on the night shift. Pull up employee tells me only drive thru is open. Then turns... all the outside lights off. Ok no problem, I go to the drive thru then an employee comes to the window after I been sittingthere for awhile and tells me they are closed. It is 9:50 on Friday night! The window states 11:00 pm, So does the app, thewebsite, and google maps, i am beyond mad at the total disrespect.
