Great experience there and food is decent,for bar food,and the view is good also. This was our second trip and definitely will... go back again. My wife loved the Lobster Bisque and the Mac n cheese. The Jack?s Fish Plate was tasty also,but had two fairlysmall pieces of fish and a pound of fries to fill the plate up to the limit,and a decent amt of cold slaw. Read more

Very nice establishment. The staff is friendly and highly capable of their job, which is VERY rare now for some reason. I don't... consider Traitor Jack a traitor. The lottery machine ate my dollar. I told staff and they quickly returned it. The waitress andother staff all had a positive attitude and sense of duty and urgency. Every time I've eaten here, food has been above average.It's not expensive either. Truthfully, I'd rather eat here than at many other more expensive restaurants. Trader Jacks is a great restaurant with outdoor dining right along the Chagrin River! Food is very good. A favorite is the steak... salad! A little pricey though at $17. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as the patio is great ! Read more

So nice having a great restaurant in Eastlake like Trader Jacks. Come here all the time. Great outdoor patio in the warm months... and enclosed heated patio in winter. Food and drinks are always fantastic and reasonable prices. Staff is friendly andattentive. Being 5 minutes from my house is also a plus. Read more

Phenomenal service and great patio on the river. The Pizza is a winner. The steak salad was top notch and the perch and shrimp... platter was good. The perch unfortunately tasted fishy. When in the area, we would definitely drop in! Read more
