Always good service at this location

Went and requested 2 footlong BLT, one footlong on Italian bread and I footlong on Flatbread.. when it came to the veges, the... second lady, older server was short tempered and did not listen..on the ft long sub bun I asked for one strip of light mayo,one strip of Chipotle and two strip of barbecue sauce and pepper and then to be put in the penini maker..she proceeded to justsoak the hell out of the sub, no pepper, and then put the sub, white wrapper and all in the penini maker!! Lets try and start afire, shall we..then, on the foot long flatbread, she did not add the pepper and despite me asking her to put it in the penini, she simply wrapped it up and handed me the product..I am extremely unhappy with the service..I have been going to this subwayfor years and have never encountered such blatant disregard for my simple requests.. Steak sub comes with 1/16 of the steak.. shorted steak before but this is way way worse than ever happened before. There wad a... little bit of steak in the bend of the bun.. maybe a few tablespoons of it and not enough to even reach the length. No attemptto cover the width. Literally not enough steak to even cover 95%of the bun. Basically I received a tomato and cheese foot longwith a couple bites of steak. I have a picture to prove. Read more

I have to agree with Katrina I welcome the new gentleman for customer service, a positive change from a few disappointed... experiences I had before. If you cannot excel at client services you should not be working in this environment. Read more

i NEVER post reviews but i just had to today!! i was in this evening and was served by a man named bajinder (i?m sorry if i... spelt your name wrong!!) but i have to say he did absolutely amazing! 10/10 customer service and i can honestly say i don?tthink i?ve ever have gotten a better looking sub then i did today! it was so perfect and so yummy! he did such a great job! keepup the hard work bajinder! :) Read more

As always subway is good although the only thing I think they can work on is with their mobile/online order area. They need to... have it so the order can be shown and have the person name to be picked up. Definitely will be back! Read more

After watching the young lady at the counter drown the sandwich ahead of mine in mayo, I asked the girl for "a little bit of... mayo" she grabs the Mayo, puts a little bit on, stops, looks me dead in the eye and drowns it. So disappointing. Read more
