I work close by so I come here often. Today I used the Tims app for the first time and my order came out perfect. The cold brew... coffee looked exactly like in the ads ???? and they got the double toast on my cinnamon raisin bagel just perfect. I highlyrecommend using the mobile order/pickup option. This is by far the worst place we?ve ever ordered from. My bf ordered on Uber eats. They forgot his coffee, my vanilla iced capp... wasn?t mixed so it was all ice on top and pure liquid at the bottom, and my pumpkin spice latte wasn?t mixed either. Got a nicemouth full of what tasted like pure coffee until I grabbed a spoon and found the syrup sunken at the bottom. As a former baristaat Starbucks, this was super disappointing.
