I get my coffee everyday from other Timhortons branches but this was my first time visiting this branch, and I heard from... friends and family that they experienced the worst customers service in this branch, but now I experienced it my self. Some ofyour staff are rude and unprofessional; they don?t know how to talk nicely. I noticed an ESL school close to this branch andsome people are trying hard to communicate with your staff, yet instead of trying to understand and help their customers theyact as if they?re there to educate people on what to say and how to act THATS NOT THEIR JOB!! if there was a problem they shouldsolve it professionally instead of disrespecting others. I know people may have bad days, and I totally understand but I?mreading reviews from 2+ years complaining about how rude your staff are. Read more
I have been coming here almost every morning for my DOUBLE toasted bagel for the last ten years. This morning I was told that... bagels can not be double toasted anymore? What? Is this a joke? You cant toast a bagel twice? Lady on a drive through intercomtold that toasting once is more than enough. No its not ! Those bagels are stale. You HAVE to double toast to make them edible.And in the end, how hard is it to double toast a bagel if someone is asking for it? What a joke. Just wasted 15 min of my timein a slow drive through. I wanted to be a Karen and give 1 star, but only and only for the supervisor who was working on Sunday September 25th 2022 at... 7:50pm I?m giving a 5 star.(not for the food, the quality isn?t great) I got pumpkin spice latte with a lot of other things andit was extremely extremely bitter, like neem extract or medicine or something. The girl with glasses at the counter was rude thefirst time when I told her it was bitter, she said I can?t do anything, I can only give you sugar. I was really upset havingspent $3 on a Medium terrible tasting drink and the staff was rude to me. I added two sugars and tried it was still disgusting.I went to another guy, he was kinda mean as well but I guess he asked his supervisor and the supervisor apologized and offeredto give me another one, so to be safe I got a French vanilla. The girl with the glasses then was polite and apologized but shestill wanted to prove my choice was wrong and said ?that?s what a pumpkin spice latte would taste like?. I?ve tasted pumpkinspice latte before and it doesn?t taste like that. :) I?m a local and I come here atleast twice a week, It doesn?t take much tobe kind! Horrible customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to redeem my cold brew coupon and jimmy at the window did not... scan it properly and proceeded to tell me to just use it next time after I paid the full price. The issue was his attitude andbrushing my concerns off. Although this is a fast food chain, customers should still be treated with respect. Jimmy needs to dobetter. Read more
Friendly service, fairly quick but lightning speed service is no longer a priority in this chain. Therefore I always order via... the app. The dining room is well kept here and the food and quality have greatly improved. The new loaded bowl is good, but8.99$ is too expensive for the amount they serve. High chairs available. Read more
