I've ordered swiss chalet for over a decade. I've spent thousands of dollars. I was born in the restaurant business and I... understand customer service. I don't know how they franchise but there should be some standard. They always have issues . Ialways tip 20% and don't complain even though they get my order wrong or try to scam me by giving me something different becausethey ran out of what I ordered. I guess they have enough business they don't care. Excellent business model, its my fault foralways ordering and paying extra. I hope saving 50 bucks was worth my never ordering again. I grew up with this company, mygrandparents went there. Now its just corporate garbage. I will never order again and you should be ashamed for loosing alife-long customer. Read more
Tried the new Nashville Hot chicken tenders. Very nice! But, what made this "eat-in" dining experience better was the great... service we got from Angie! (the higher than average cost of $20-30/person includes frosty beverages on a 32° day and awell-deserved tip for Angie) Read more
Nice service. Good food. Pick up Loretta was awesome. She had a great customer service skills and very good in sales too.
My expectations were high, Swiss Chalet had better portions and quality years back. Service was good though.
