I am so disappointed with the service here. It?s such a clean and overall good environment. However, the same staff member that... has served me several times here is so rude, disengaging, and overall very unapproachable to order. It would be understandableif she was having a bad day, but after the several times she?s served me she just genuinely seems to hate her job. If I feellike I?m pulling your teeth just to order something - I don?t want to go there. Will definitely put a barrier to me coming tothis location again. Read more
Had the most horrible experience first thing this Sunday morning in this Starbucks. I am a daily Starbucks customer and have... been coming to this one almost every Sunday for the past year. Was greeted by and had a lovely conversation with the barrista atthe cash. She asked how my morning was so far, to which I replied fabulous. I gave her my usual order of an Americano with sweetcream on the side, which I have ordered every day for the last 2 years without any issue. I was going to pay as Kyle came overand said "I'm charging you for 2 drinks". I actually thought he was kidding the way he said it in such an abrupt and rudemanner. I replied that yes I know there is an additional charge for the sweet cream, to which he rudely replied that he wascharging me for 2 full drinks and told the barrista to charge me. I explained to him that I have been ordering this drink forthe past 2 years across Ontario and in the US without any issues and was not aware that things had changed. He became quitehostile and told me he wasn't going to serve me and that I should leave. I was stunned to say the least as I have never had suchan awful interaction like this. I will be contacting Starbucks Corporate directly to file a complaint against him. The lady atthe cash seemed embarrassed by his behaviour. When I left the coffee shop, another customer who had been sitting there came outto talk to me and tell me how awful he had been spoken to by Kyle when he ordered his drink and breakfast this morning. Kyleneeds to do more customer service training in how to speak and interact with customers. He is definitely not a goodrepresentation of the Starbucks brand which has always been such a positive experience in the past until today. I went toanother Starbucks and ordered that same drink without any issue. I explained to them my experience at the previous SB and theytold me they knew the manager, gave me her number and told me to call her and file a complaint which I will. Read more
The staff are always a delight! My coffee is made perfectly and is always ready when I get here for pick up. I?d avoid school... lunch hours and right after schools ends as this entire place gets taken over by teenagers and becomes loud with exceptionallylong lines. Read more

This place has 2 washrooms that are now locked and require a pass code. For some reason one washroom has been closed for months... however the only people going Into that closed washroom is the staff. I know the staff is keeping a washroom forthemselves..
