Always wanted to try this sushi restaurant in the neighborhood and finally popped by this past weekend. Definitely good quality... sushi. Ordered 3 lunch menu items and they were all good especially the bugolgi bento box. The aburi sushi was very tasty too. Happy to add this as one of my favorites now! Read more

My favourite spot for sushi in Leaside! **Editing my original review which was a couple years old.** The same great people are... providing the same wonderful sushi for Leaside community. I had takeaway lunch today and it was just SO GOOD!! They had apromotion on to get a free item with a lunch combo so I tried their new calamari dish and it was excellent! We ordered the signature roll platter as take-out from Nigiri-Ya. The platter came with a side of miso soup and salad. The sushi... looked pretty and tasted super delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the soup was hot and the mix of flavors was good. I'vetried soft shell crab roll in many sushi places but this one is the best! You could actually taste the crab and the roll wasn'toverstuffed with lettuce like they do at other restaurants. We enjoyed the food so much we completely forgot to take pictures!Definitely going to order from Nigiri-Ya again! Read more
