I'm getting sick of this location. The passed FIVE visits I've had to go back because they forgot an item I ordered. And to top... it off, you can't even do the online survey because this location does not give you your receipt. Order online to pick up at 530, got there right at 530, food was ready, when I got to the car to snack on the fries, they were... pretty stale, and when I got to the chickens they were like left over pieces, very salty, and they messed up the gravy too, notenough seasoning. Honestly posted a review because I saw all the bad ones and maybe it?s because I go here when it?s not busy but my experience is... always great. Cashier always double checks my order which is great! Place was filthy garbage left everywhere and they were not busy at all workers could have easily cleaned that up. Staff was... very lazy and not helpful. Food was ok though. Read more
Restaurant dirty, was told I?d have to wait 20 minutes for chicken. Totally unacceptable! The cashier would help out in the... back as well as cash! Whoever owns this location should show up more often and see how the store is run. Read more
Very good location, looks fairly new, food tastes fresh and the workers are great. Only reason to deduct two star is because who... ever is the manager or owner should really have more people working. Restaurant looks kind of dirty and the cashier keeps goingback and forth in the back to help out. The floor does look like it hasn't been mopped in days!! Read more
Hot, fresh, and consistent. My only complaint is the fries, but I've never had good fries at any KFC. It's nice that they... always reach out if you order late to confirm what they have. Professionalism is top notch. The delivery lady is awesome too.Thanks for all you do! Read more
