It's an average place to dine in, not something where you can invite someone to treat. We ordered beef and chicken kebabs with... butter naans. Texture of naans are really good. Kebabs were fresh, taste was okay. We went between lunch and dinner time so itwas almost empty. Read more

We have been going to this place for about 20 years now. It has gone down hill ever since. I am only giving it more than 1 star... because of how good it use to be 10-20 years ago. The prices are expensive, and the quality and portions of the food has gonedown tremendously. They are all around very stingy with their chutney and NAPKINS! The chutney that comes with your naan/kebabis not enough and if you ask for more they will charge you. I remember when they used to give unlimited chutney. They also gaveme one napkin. This place can do better. Not to mention one small bowl of butter chicken, $18! Just a bowl of butter chicken!Man at the front taking order needs some serious training on how to speak with customers. This place used to be one of the best in its class, now it is one of the worst! I used to dine in or take out from this place... for at least 10 years, always good and fresh food, but my last order of butter chicken, was the worst I have ever had in mylife! the chicken tasted awful as it was old tasting (perhaps from the last night or even more!), the sauce was too rich withbad cream that I could not handle it... (to be fair, butter nan was as good as before!). I think, Iqbal has lost its touch, bothat the grocery store and in the restaurant... too bad! Read more

Not a new customer. Had them cater my wedding years ago and the food quality and price were better. Now? it is incredibly... overpriced and stingy. Ordered a chicken biriyani and they only include boneless meat in it to avoid food costs. However, weonly found two pieces of chicken the size of a loonie in a large container of biriyani rice. Same goes for the lamb biriyani.There are so many better options in the area, please avoid this restaurant! Greedy establishment! Read more

The restaurant has nice settings and friendly staff. Went there to try their Halwa Puri special and was very satisfied with the... taste. Through Puris are oily, but the curries were tasty. Halwa wasn't too sweet. Overall it was better than the other place.Price is $9.99 as of Dec, 2021. Read more

Tried out the famous Halwa Puri today and it was a feast for a king. Well done. Surprised that the dish includes a bowl of... curried Potato Bhaji, (yummy) tasty Chole and the sweet Halwa along with two large Puri's (Wheat flour). The total dish(es) costaround 11$ with tax. One plate is more than enough for one person and for me it counted as Breakfast and lunch. Available onSaturdays and Sundays only from 8.30 am onwards. And very good smiling service.
