I recently had the most amazing experience with East York Deli. I used them for catering a very important event where I had 100... guests in attendance. Everything was super simple and stress free, from ordering, payment and menu planning they offeredsuggestions altering my original order to one which would better suit my needs (smaller platters for things like fruit, andremoval of an entire platter to offset any leftover / waste and set up suggestions to help prevent bottle-necking). The foodwas beyond amazing, everything was fresh and delicious. The sandwich patters were phenomenal, the pesto pasta salad perfect andthe selection of cheeses and crackers and veggies trays were top notch. The price point was super amazing as well, it didn'tblow the budget. Everyone at the event returned to the buffet tables multiple times. 5 Stars 1000% recommend!!! Read more
I was overall disappointed with my turkey club and fries with gravey. The turkey was not fresh. It was tasteless.
Best sandwiches I had in the area!!! I could literally eat the roast beef melt every single day! The cheese bread is always... fresh and the meat and toppings are never a little! They are super generous with the amount they put, every single time. Ihave been ordering from this spot for so long and finally decided to go into the store. It was great meeting Toula andexchanging conversation about the store she answered all my questions and provided me with excellent service! Please go hereand try the sandwiches yourself! Fantastic small neighbourhood diner. Offers wide variety of meals both casual and slightly better. Grilled items, deli... sandwiches, hot foods. Great value, burger + fries & drink for $8. Food made to order so it takes a little bit of time for yourorder but it?s worth it. Generous portions. Nowhere to park close by due to bike lanes. Read more
Sandwiches: nothing special, probably would get a same quality sandwich from a grocery store for less money. Poutine: the gravy... was so salty it made the whole thing inedible. I wish I got a small instead. Regular fries was the best thing I got. Service:friendly, but didn't have their masks up when preparing food. Read more
Highly recommend this great local eatery. Friendly staff and very clean. Has an extensive menu: pizza, lasagna, burgers,... sandwiches. Different specials everyday. The East York Monster burger certainly lives up to its name! Generous amount of frieson the side. Great value and delicious food. Read more
