Food was stale. Drink (Sprite Zero) probably needed to be changed. Taste more like an expired seltzer Couldn't order from inside... to ensure accuracy of order. Order from coupon wasn't accurate. No accommodation to fix. Definitely NOT coming back Read more

We to the location for breakfast around 10am. My intention were to dine in. But the front door was locked even though the hours... of operation sign said the dining room is open at 9/10am I believe. So I had no choice but to get back in my car and go throughdrive thru. The wait was ridiculous for a drive thru order . However, I ordered a 2 large breakfast combo (honey butter chickenbiscuit w. large wedges and Lg Oj). After waiting about 10 mins for my order at the window- I checked my bag to makes sureeverything was right and I ended up receiving size small wedges. So I had to wait another 10 mins just to get it fix . The ladythat took my order was super nice and apologetic. Furthermore, as I?m eating my Chx sandwich It had a weird undone taste to it.So I start to examine my sandwich and come to realization that the sandwich wasn?t even cooked. Then they gave me roll breadinstead of biscuit. At this point I?m very DISGUSTED by what I received and later suffered from a stomach ache and diarrhea. Iwill never come here again . Ordered breakfast from here this morning for pickup from the app. Had ordered a sausage egg and cheese and I selected extra... sausage and cheese. Even paid for the extra, when I opened my order when I got back to work, there was only 1 patty and 1 sliceof cheese. Even asked for ranch sauce and didn?t get it. I don?t get either these people don?t know how to read, or simply theydon?t care how they treat their customers. I really hope the owner of this place gets their employees to actually read and makethe order correctly. I would give negative stars if I can. May I also add that I picked up the order around 9:30-10 and Iwaited for like 10 minutes just to get my food. There were 4-5 workers but only saw 2 actually working. Even a truck driverparked try to get in but the doors were locked. I read the sign and it said dine in from 9 am onwards. If the owner is readingthis. Please make sure your employees follow the orders to how US customers want. Read more

1 star but I'd rate lower if I could. I went there at about 9:20pm. This location has a problem with wait times, especially... during night hours. Tonight I pull up to the drive through and saw people leaving before even ordering. But I figured I'd giveit a shot anyway. After about 10 minutes I get up to the ordering screen and sit for about 10 minutes before I ask "hello,anybody there". I get a snarky reply "Hold on". I'm thinking, that's kind of rude, no "please" or "thank you for waiting". But Ipolitely say, "no problem, just let me know when you're ready". So I wait another 5-10 minutes before I ask "not to be rude, butdo you know how much longer it's going to be?" I get no reply, so I wait another few minutes before I say "HELLO?" He continuesto ignore me. I decide that it's not worth it, and I drive off. As I'm pulling away, another vehicle pulls up to the orderingscreen and he takes THEIR order immediately. I ordered for pick up through drive thru, My whole order was messed up and had items missing. I am very disappointed. Should... have checked the bags before I left. ??????????? Lost money ended up not going back because I was already getting exhaustedhence the reason I ordered for pick up. Next time I?ll just order in person. At least the food was warm. Read more

I love Wendy's but i had the worst drive thru experience. Everything with my order was wrong. I ordered a baconator meal and got... a single burger and paid for the full sized sandwich. My drink was the wrong flavor and my fries were cold. And i tried to keepthe order simple because the line was long. Never again Read more

I understand staffing issues during these times so when this happened to me the first time I let it go. This restaurant has... degraded over the last month. you WILL wait 30 minutes at an empty drive through with no one on the other end telling you "helloplease wait". My orders are more often incorrect than they are correct. The staff is obviously over worked and not friendly. Ithink Wendy's IS a better place to eat than other fast food places... but not this one. Super LONG line, sat for 30 minutes for them to say no fries. Everyone was driving off. With a sign ppl can make a decision and... not waste time. The one thing you can never get back. When your line is wrapped around the building and you are missing a maincomponent to your meals be courteous to your customers, put up a sign!!!!! Read more
