The Ice cream is good but the staff is very rude and unpleasant. I ordered my goodies, the kid making it gave me 3 scoops for a... medium tub, my boyfriend asked for a large (love it) milkshake but got a small one instead and when I asked for my Ice creamthat he previously made he looked at me completely lost and then went to the fridge and basically threw it at me. Today we went here with my friends, and my ice cream cup had a hair it was disgusting and when I asked to get a refund he... ignored me and welcomed other customers instead it was overly disgusting. Came here a few times for their milkshakes and they were good. However this last time, they had someone new, probably summer... help, and not only did they give me a smaller size cup than I ordered, which I did not notice until I was driving away, but themilkshake was also over blended / had too much milk in it. We love ColdStone and this Coldstone servers good ice cream. But the custom service is horrid to non existent. The manager/owner... was rude to unpleasant all the time we were there, it felt like he was doing us a favor providing ice cream.?????????????? I asked if I can get 3 flavors in one cup and she said yes. I wanted the strawberry blonde creation the chocolate chip devotion... and a scoop of mango. The main flavor I wanted was chocolate devotion. The worker made one flavor and I told her after I wanted3 flavors and she mumbled and said I thought you meant mix - ins. The worker had poor English, which caused the miscommunication, the ice cream I received was very messy and too sweet, if I had known I could get one flavor I would have gotten the smallestsize in Chocolate.
