The customer service was good up until I ordered my burger . I wanted it off the broiler twice well done they ran it once I... can?t eat the burger half cooked i asked for light condiments and received heavy mayo and ketchup . be careful what want..and expect..i went in ordering 3$ double cheese combo and 2 whopper jr expecting 6$ nope i guess with new... remodel and other factors i ended up with 10$ bill ..wow ok now i know to just eat at place..with no changes in menu..this placekeeps getting worse and worse..I gave them a coupon..sorry but someone else told me to get and it expires 2 months from now .uwant a code .wow..k ..I'm done ur a manager or shift manager .can't override..ur stupid... I never had an issue with this Burger King until today. After ordering and receiving my food. I checked my food to make sure it... was correct. While doing so the worker said to me, " get out of my line". Because I received my order and I should not bethere...I said to her I need to make sure my order is correct which every one should do when they order through a drivethru...there was NO ONE behind me so it was NOT backed up...not holding anyone up....BK PLEASE train your staff not to be rudeto people....everyone should check their orders before driving off ..makes sense!!! Hello, My first impression of this location is that it?s not properly managed, there is no structure, however the employees are... very hard working and we?re trying hard to complete everyone?s meals. I?ve worked for the corporation in my teens and thereshould of been a supervisor delegating, specially during peak hours. This location did not have one at the time. And for thedude in the lower comments concerned about the ranch, not all BK?s or Mc Donald?s are allowed to give away sauces for free. Theyare all managed differently. I?ve learned over the years that you have to let staff know ahead of time just incase they need tocharge you. Read more
