They have speed issues with carry out mobile orders. It shouldn't take 15+ minutes for two hamburgers. We saw a dozen plus cars... go through the drive thru in the same amount of time we were waiting. Read more
They are absolutely slammed at lunch time and it was still the best experience I've ever had at wendys (not that any of the... others were necessarily bad). The cashier was nice, polite and fast. The person making the sandwiches was making them look likethe picture, Everything was hot and fresh, the place was very clean and in between serving customers people popped out into thelobby to wipe tables. Wonderful experience and the staff should definitely be commended. Thanks for a good experience.Definitely will be back. Read more
The food was hot and fresh as always. The restaurant was a little dirty. Front entry door was missing and had a large spider and... web hanging from the doorway. Service was friendly and asked if we had everything. Basic fast food experience. Read more
I went in and was helped by Luci. The food was fresh which is always good but my review is about Luci for her amazing customer... service. Current state of the world has included in it terrible customer service because so many people are hurting or depressedwith the world or their own lives. It was a breath of fresh air getting helped by her. I even overlooked paying 37.50 for fastfood for 3 people(ridiculous) thanks to the stellar service today. Read more
Absolutely impressed! I use to be a manager at a Wendy?s restaurant, this Wendy?s by far is hands down! Employees were very nice... and professional. They washed their hands, their uniforms are very clean, the floors, tables and behind the counters were veryclean. Bathrooms were appropriate. Food was put in the trays like Dave says! I highly recommend this Wendy?s! Read more
This place just opened and it is just like any other Wendy?s. This place will be my weakness.
The drive thru is very dangerous for cars. Its like the classic Snake game and cars try not to hit each other as they wrap... around the building. Love your food but love my car more sorry Read more
