Ordered a hot mocha grande several times. Could barely taste the chocolate. This was Leavenworth Starbucks. Will order from them... again as Leavenworth doesn't have a lot of Espresso stands. I will address the lack of flavor. Nice workers though. Read more
My experience this morning was the worst customer service I have ever had! I had went in for a special cup I knew that they had,... the lady behind the counter told me that she didn?t have any and then the manager of startbucks that was working said they hadsome in the back but wasn?t going to bring any out for me. Which is very unexceptable. And on top of that they made my mothersdrink wrong entirely. I will never come to this Starbucks again! And I hope that Starbucks takes a look at who they makemanagers of their stores! Read more

The girl at the register was great. It took over 20 minutes for them to make my drink... There was only one person in line in... front of me. There were 3 people behind the counter. I get the register gal being busy but the other two were goofing aroundsplashing each other with water instead of making people drinks. If I hadn't already paid I would have just left and saidnevermind. Not going here again. I'll make the extra trip to another Starbucks and avoid the concept of one stop shopping. Read more
Most of these reviews are over a year ago or 3-5 years ago. So, I decided to go there for a more recent experince. And, I've... realized that these workers do try to give customers the best they can, by serving coffee, bakery goods or even cookies. Therecustomer services are top-tier when they try to correct their wrongs and even take special requests for anybody that doesn'tlike or wants something extra with their coffee/drink. Although, some of the reviews below mine can be very similar to what Idescribe, you cannot base what the business has going on inside the Fred Meyer store. Their services can be based on a 8.5 /10for dealing with customers. And, 7/10 for drink making (lowest possibility of 6.2/10 since over roasting does happen).Communicating and requesting can be 7.8/10 since mistakes are frequent but not enough to lower a 5/10. Their ability to staytogether as a business is a sheer miracle in itself, but knowing how they try to base their rights and wrongs is what makes itcontinue. And, I honestly hope they continue to do what is right. Read more
