Reviews for Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in East Wenatchee, WA
The food options are great and customer service is very good. I’ve been going here for years and it’s usually always very... good. The only thing is, I’ve had a good amount of mess ups. I’m a waitress myself and I understand not always checking thefood. Once my grandma had a huge piece of plastic in her soup. Another time my chicken was straight rubber. Much more examplesbut mistakes happen. I wouldn’t let the few mistakes ruin another/better chance the next time. I truly do enjoy the taste andflavoring of the food. Usually when stuff like that happens the manger is very very nice about it and ends up taking it off thebill. Once I got a free dessert too. They truly do try to make up for their mistakes and I appreciate that. Read more
I have to admit I have not eaten in an Olive Garden in over 20 years. The food was amazing. But the true stand out was our... waitress. I wish I had gotten her name. She made everything so easy and smooth. She was very attentive and I wish I had her nameso I could tell her bosses how good she is. I will definitely eat her again. By the way, I was there during lunch time on aweekday ???? Read more
One of the best Services that I had in a long time. We always go to olive gardens in Seattle and Portland as well, but for the... first time we had a great time in this restaurant . The server Payton was wonderful. First she approached to us with waters andthen I asked for a bottle of wine and was delicious. Wine was refrigerated at the right temperature for a first time on OliveGarden. All the food ,came really fast and was amazing. Food was delicious, and we had a really great time. Normally peopledon’t serve us good because we are a couple on 20’s and they always judge by the cover. She was different than the othersand for sure every time we think to go to a Olive Garden in Wenatchee we are going to ask for her. Absolutely amazing serviceand the cooks as well (the food was delicious) . Read more
The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Taste of Italy, so I could take the leftovers home. ... Daughter 1 had spaghetti and meatballs. Daughter 2 had pizza and spaghetti from the kids menu. Salad was good. Bread stickswere great. The only down side is that they now charge for drink refills. So Daughter 1 spent around $9 on StrawberryLemonade. Crazy expensive for that. Read more

We were there to celebrated 69th Anniversary for the parents. Food was great and fresh and the waitress was super friendly and... very patiant. The only reason I didn't give them 5 star just because the woman bathroom. The water was running super slow andcold. I hardly could finish washing my hands. This just a small detail but it would be nice to have warm water that run good sowe could wash our hands since the Covid things still around. Read more
Nice and quiet place, no crowd, no music. Kids or family friendly. Little too little space around the table. Perhaps they have... an area with chairs instead of couches. But I didn't spot it. It was Monday, 7pm. We were waiting to be seated for 30 minutes.Unfortunately, they did not take reservations. It was way too cold, we spend there almost 2 hours including waiting time, and Iwas freezing. In regards of food, all meals we ordered were delicious and appeasing. The size was big enough for an adult. Ishared my meal with kiddo and still had some leftovers. We have paid for 3 adults meals and 2 kids around $80-90. The last, butnot least, the waitress was very polite, talkative, and attentive. She was trying to exceed our expectations. I believe her nameis Zella. Very nice girl. It's all about cheese!!! Recommend to cheese lovers Read more
We went for dinner, after a hiatus of over a year. When we last went, the food was good, but the service was VERY sub par. E... arrives at 1820 hours, and was promptly seated. Although we had 2 children with us, no children’s menu was offered. Afterseating. We waited 15 min, just to get in a drink order ( place was virtually empty), and I finally went and got children menumyself. After another 10-15 min my beer finally arrived. At this point salad and bread had been delivered. This was a coupleminutes before 1900 hrs. When our meals finally arrived @1930, they were so over salted we could barely eat them. My pasta wasdry (Shrimp scampi) and way over cooked. My sons chicken Parmesan was way over cooked and tough. My wife’s chicken Marsalawas so salty she couldn’t eat it. Our waitress was rude and condescending, and not helpful in the least. We just paid andleft, never to return. Olive Garden should be ashamed. Read more
