All the rolls i have tried here were amazing. I have never seen sushi minced into a paste before however and reconstituted into... a chunk on a roll before, as their salmon was. I prefer whole pieces of fish. Read more

Very Very disappointed in Blue Flame Asian Bistro. We ordered a last min late night take out , 8pm. We ordered orange chicken,... sweet and sour chicken, volcano roll, and kung pao. My son got an instant stomach ache from the sweet and sour. My orangechicken tasted disgusting (breading was beyond soggy and chicken tasted freezer burnt) stomach ache lasting hours, and myhusband woke up with severe diarrhea (sorry tmi). My husband called to discuss our experience and request a refund. The waitressforwarded him to the boss. The boss called back, and said she wants to see our doctor bill. He asked her if she was going to payour doctor bill!! Crazy, not only were we dissatisfied but nauseous too. We gave them a chance to make it right, but we?re justdone with them. First impression was watching one of the cooks leave the bathroom with dry hands as I walked in I noticed there was no soap... bubbles in the sink. Really unfortunate as I already placed an order and didn't want to seem rude and just walk up andleave. 2nd impression was staring at what looked to be hamburger type meat on top of a sushi roll covered in warm mayo... 3rdimpression was understanding why the volcano roll is called the volcano roll. Its because its a volcano coming out in 10minutes. Trust me you will have 10 minutes to find a restroom before you explode. Bottom line is I've eaten better sushi froman apprentice chef for half the cost. Period Read more

I, along with a few of my co-workers and girlfriend visited Blue Flame a week ago. The staff was exceptional and the food was... the very best Asian cuisine that I've ever had (coming from a guide that travels for a living).
