We had a sisters weekend and were visiting the area from out of town. We got take out for dinner and the food was absolutely... delicious. The food was phenomenal! I got the vegetable pad Thai and my boyfriend got the drunken noodles - yum!!! Authentic and delicious!... The chef personally brought out our food and even made us a yummy creme brûlée dessert! The chef (Boone) was so kind, andclearly makes the food with love! He came out and was so friendly - chatted with us, made us laugh, and even let us taste all ofhis spices. We had lunch at this restaurant during our stay at the near by Wyndham resort. It was take-out only and we had our lunch at the... outdoor tables. We ordered our usual favorite, the green curry with vegetables. It was very good. My wife and kid simply lovedit. The owner of this restaurant got curious the level of spiciness we have requested. Found this spot for lunch while kids were in ski school at Shawnee. Only 6min drive from the mountain, parking lot was empty.... Take out only, no dine in as they can?t find staff. The owners were very polite n nice. Ordered chicken Penang curry and drunkennoodles. And boy it was the right choice. The food was incredible, spicy and delicious. We took it back to the mountain andenjoy the hot n spicy food while it snowed on a 30F afternoon. A bit pricey but it don?t matter when the food tastesincredible. I was visiting Delaware River Gap Recreation area and had a chance to visit them during lunch. The best Thai I have had in a... long time! Owner came out of the kitchen and interacted few of us and offered samples of hot sauces that he prepared in house!The staff was amazing!
