Long time Peppe's customer over 15 years, Ill say this, wish my last memory of Peppe's before they closed was my last memory,... Just SO disappointing even the wait staff, everything was wrong literally. I get it its tough staffing etc but to geteverything wrong the flavor of food was absent servers forgetting to bring checks, having to send back over 50% of what wasordered back to the kitchen including BAR ITEMS and it wasn't busy it was early, got busy as we left god help them! , nomanger around not a word or no one is paying attention. Recognized one face but assuming its new owners I'm positive theoriginal owners would never put out this type of product or experience. Do wish them alot of luck though, but it had to be said. Excited to see what the new owner can do, but does have some work to do. The servers we had did not seem super knowledgeable or... outgoing. Took 45 minutes for us to just put an order in. Overcooked meat and missing some items. Took them a while to revisittable and dropped items and ran before asking if we needed anything. Food runner was way more personable! (Make him a waiter!!)Was there to see a friend perform, so that gave us the distraction. Really do hope they can get everything figured out andsucceed!! Read more
I understand they are only in their third week or so of re-opening but we sat at our table for a whole hour waiting for... cocktails that never came. We couldn?t imagine how long the food was going to take so we left. Didn?t see a manager at all andno one attempted to apologize for the wait. Unacceptable. Don?t seat all these tables if you can?t even get drinks to them letalone food. I gave two stars in hopes they will get better. Read more
Great experience for dinner! We ordered the bruschetta, mozzarella squares, penne vodka, and spaghetti + meatballs and... everything was delicious. The young women who seated us with glasses and reddish hair was fabulous and very kind. She made surewe had a great experience and checked on us often. Also, our waitress a young women with black girl was also fantastic. 10/10experience and they have have a great and super friendly frontline staff working! Read more
