I usually get traditional tacos the first time trying a new, to me, taqueria. Tonight I was craving a fried (not baked)... chimichanga. I was excited to see not only did they have it on the menu, but they had my favorite variety - shrimp!Unfortunately everything down to the rice was dry, and bland. While the Chimichanga was fried right, there was really no flavor.Same with the fajita burrito, which was packed more with rice and beans than anything else.
