I normally don?t do this to any small business in my area. But horrible experience tonight. Took over an hour not to get my... order because they had 20 pizzas to make, the kicker I was there for sit in dining. Didn?t even get my garlic knots as an appbecause they had 20 pizzas to make. Mind you they took care of plenty of take out orders but a sit down order of garlic knotsand a custom Stromboli was too much to do. Treated us like tourists when we come there all the time. Our waitress was asweetheart. The treatment tonight changed my mind on going here in the future. I try to be as understanding as possible butcustomer service goes a long way. The past few times I ordered takeout, the food was not good, edible, but not like I've had in the past. This last time...well,... wasn't happy, got extra cheese which I didn't order and the person who took my order repeated it 3 times and yet, it wasn'tright. Love Franks. The pizza is great. Dinners are superb as well. We got an extra cheese and pepperoni pie and 6 garlic knots. They... do a great extra cheese pie. The garlic knots are fantastic. There's a near lethal level of garlic and butter. They melt in yourmouth. The staff there is great. Very friendly. If you do dine-in, they don't rush you and the service is always fantastic. Went Under New Management not too long ago. Did take-out maybe 2-3 Months ago, ordered Chicken Franchaise it was still good.... We use to love Frank?s in Marshals Creek. Not any more. The new owner is nasty and rude. The quality of food has declined... tremendously. There are so many other pizzerias along 209 that are much better than Frank?s. Don?t waste your money here. Read more
