Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered Chicken Saltimbocca, (it means ?salt in the mouth?). The gravy was so bland it tasted like... watered down, ?water and flour? and the chicken was tough. As soon as the waitress came over and asked how the food was, I toldher I didn?t like it and wouldn?t be eating it. I took two bites and gave my husband one. She immediately said, she could doanything because we took a bite and didn?t like it, that the owner would say we would have to pay. She apologized but said shecould do nothing. I said, ?That might be the most expensive $18.00 he ever charged.? I don?t mind paying for a bad meal butyou don?t even give a courtesy to ask why we didn?t care for it, or can I do something else for you. YOU don?t DESERVE mybusiness and frankly no one else?s. The waitress Carmen was great. The food was disgusting and the spineless, greedy businessman non-Italian owner Vendito didn?t ... even have the courtesy to come talk with my wife and I to discuss what the problem was. He just wanted our money. Would neverrecommend this place to anyone I know and will advise the community we live in to stay away. Poor business decision from thismoney hungry owner. STAY AWAY! I just purchased a cheesesteak ( plain, just meat and cheese) price on website to order was 9.95 and sausage alfredo website... price 16.95. My total bill came to 36.00. I ordered a tuna wrap which I'm used to being served cold at restaurants. It was hot. I called to clarify, that's how they serve... their wraps. They grill them on the panini press. Also not sure why they decided to serve my meal in a container with a largehole in it. I normally enjoy the food but the service today was disappointing. Read more

Lack listening skills, check the pizza box before you leave. You just don?t know what will be in the box. My English is very good I think, but when I first came here I was very confused by the name. The spelling makes it seem like the... entire establishment is dedicated only to a man named Frank, and that all the pizza here is in fact only his pizza. In my homecountry Western Sahara we are a very straightforward people, so after my wife Sahaala translated the name for me From "FranksPizza" to "Franks Italian Sauce Pie Emporium" I understood it alot better. I ordered 6 Beef patties and each one came out hotand delicious. My wife Sahaala ordered another 4 beef patties for herself and said they were "divine". The owners and staff areincredibly nice and allways care for the customer. I am allways greeted with a friendly face. Unlike Western Sahara, whereItalian food has been banned by the government for being "Too unlike Saharan food", I was extremely happy with my meal. 10/10will return as many times as possible! Friendly and courteous staff. Food took a bit to come out but luckily it was worth the wait. The calzone; the margarita pizza;... and mozzarella sticks were delicious. It's byob, so don't forget to bring your preferred drink. Read more
