I found this spot while out of town for work. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute taphouse. I sat... at the bar and was greeted by my bartender Blake. He was super nice and attentive. I started with the lemon drop martini and itwas good. I also had a good pour of red wine. For my meal I got the mahi tacos. It took a but for them to come out but it lookedgreat. When I dug in they were ok. I had to add some hot sauce to add some more flavor. I would have to try something else thenext time. I wanted to knock on the kitchen door and tell the chef thank you for crushing this burger, but I figured a public review would... be better. Not only was the burger cooked to a perfect medium as requested, the egg was perfectly runny as well. The food was great! I had the pulled pork sandwich which was delicious! It came with onion rings which were also very good. We... had the Henney wings which were good. The pretzel app was tasty. I had an awesome visit today while out of town. My god daughter and I were just about to hit the road to head back to Philly and... I decided to stop in for a bite. Got the Bacon Cheeseburger (the Mac n Cheese Burger was not available for some reason) and itwas exceptionally tasty. My god daughter got the dessert pictured. Small place but very spacious. Parking is by the meter and Ifound a spot pretty easily. Will definitely go back next time I am in the area. Read more

The food was great, my wife and I enjoyed every bit of the food and drink so the food alone would get 4-5 stars. But, service is... an equal experience and we sat at the bar and the bartender gave no service. When we first arrived we had a female bartender whowas perfectly fine at servicing us. But, 15 minutes later she was relieved and a young male came in. Did not greet us, did notask if we wanted another drink or more food, did not ask if we were done to remove the plates. He looked at us numerous timesand never inquired about any service request. We literally had to get his attention on ordering another round of drinks, get ato go box, & to close out. Absolutely nothing was intuitive to him. The place wasn?t even busy. The waitress helped us withservice. Needless to say I tipped accordingly to the service. Give me the option to eat at Derailed any day. The food was fabulous, the service was excellent, and the drinks were amazing. I... really don?t think I have a single complaint about the place, it is a star in the stroudsberg area, a place where finding goodfood can be quite difficult to find. Read more
Modern gastropub menu that changes with the season. Dog-friendly street-side seating AND a dog-friendly heated patio! They offer... cocktails and beer flights. The lobster lettuce rolls were flavorful and had big meaty pieces. The philly was on the tastiestbread and was full of flavor.
