If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to order a hot tea with lemon sweet, they gave me black tea with no lemon unsweetened.... When I told the girl working I asked for it to be sweet she told me to put my own sugar in it to make it sweet.... where's thecustomer service?!?!?! Dunkin do better! Read more
Every time I go to this location, I always have problems. - Ordered a Decaf Iced Latte and they didn't even ring it in as Decaf... and tastes nothing like it. - Their kitchen was closed at 4pm which is nothing close to when they're closed - My gift cardwasn't scanning and the female cashier was getting visibly more and more frustrated because it wasn't working - I couldn'tafford the entire order so I told her I had to take something off and she got visibly upset smacking the computer withaggression trying to redo the transaction The fact that this is in a heavy traffic hallway in a mall and they treat people withattitude and distain is abysmal. My family and I visited this Dunkin Donuts location inside the mall. After a long wait on the line, when I went up to the... cashier to place an order, we were cut by someone else who had some kind of a giftcard and then after waiting even longer, assoon as we made our order, we were told that there was no cream available for our coffees. After which we then asked if we canrequest oat milk and were informed that we would still be charged additional for the oat milk even though there was no cream, wesaid ok fine; the cashier then made the 6 cups of coffee we ordered, but the oat milk was very light. We then had to requestmore oat milk. The cashier was extremely rude and it seem like she didn't want to work there at all. The coffee was horrible,one of our kids got sick from the hot choc and threw up a few times last night, and none of could finish our coffee. There wereno signs stating that cream is no longer available, the customer service was rude and the experience was horrible - would notrecommend!! Read more

Asked for tap water for my 3 year old AFTER purchasing a donut. She was thirsty. They Charge $1.75 for tap water. Enough said.
