Amazing this place has such a high review. Where to start? 3 of us came for lunch. I was really looking forward to eating... here. Limes were dry. Avocado was not ripe and was hard. Paid $3 for it. The veggie tacos were just coleslaw with a bit oftomato and cucumber. They only have flour tortillas. My steak burger was mince. I ordered medium well and tasted medium rare andwas flavourless and I felt sick it was not tasty. Or enjoyable. Happy Hour drinks are only $1 off for the privilege of sittingin a parking lot. Corn was canned corn, not fresh. Food just not good enough if you?re middle or upper class. Or lower class;honestly Burger King makes a better burger! Omg! On the upside the fries were fine; the fish tacos were ok (but flavorless).They kindly put on cnbc which was the highlight. The beer was ok for $5. Staff were pleasant enough. All in all the food seemslike a mere thing to sop up alcohol, and I cannot in my deep review history recommend coming here for eating. But for drinkingand cnbc yes which gives it an extra star. ??????? I hate giving bad reviews but it seems in the usa it?s the norm for a placeso supposedly based around customer service. Read more
Good vibe place right off the water. Friendly staff that works hard. Normal drink prices. Crew in the kitchen works hard.... Parking isn't terrible for the area but it does get busy around meal time on the weekends. Clean bathrooms. Would definitely goback again. Read more
This a food truck and lobster roll was overpriced I've paid the same at a restaurant where you're served. Asked for avocado that... was charged extra of course and it was hard. Went to bar titos lemonade was lemonade only paid $15. The one thing that wasdelicious but they serve so little was the tuna ahi nachos the only thing that didn't disappoint me. Read more
Nothing special. Lobster was lacking in flavor and was cold even for a hot roll. The fries were great though. Not sure if cause... they were busy but pretty much all the food came out warm-cold. Also don?t get the corn. It?s literally canned corned that wasboiled and thrown into a cup. Read more
This place was amazing! The food was fresh and the service was friendly and welcoming. We also had the New England clam chowder... and it was made to perfection! The Bloody Mary was also a great balance. We are visiting from Scottsdale Arizona and we arereally happy we found this place, definitely coming back next time we are in town. Read more
Make sure to stop at the Lazy Lobster in East Rockaway! The vibe of this place is 10/10! Order at the food truck and they bring... it out to your table in their beer garden. Order a drink from the bar while you wait and enjoy the river across the street.Staff was overly friendly and we felt right at home. We ordered a Rum Punch and Spiked Lemonade from the bar- both delicious!Ordered a traditional lobster roll and a rock lobster roll (with bacon and tomatoes). Both blew our minds! This is definitely amust stop for lobster rolls on Long Island! Plenty of cheap municipal parking nearby and bathrooms were clean! Read more
Stroll on over to the Lazy Lobster in East Rockaway for a leisure canal front outdoor dining experience. They have a hefty menu... on their blackboard prepared and brought to your picnic or high-top table. The bar serves up attractive cocktail options, andthey offer free refills on non-alcoholic lemonade. A real bonus on a hot day! They serve creamy shrimp & corn chowder. The friedshrimp and chili sauced appetizer was so tasty and offered just the right amount of spice. Their salad greens were crisp andfresh. We added grilled chicken, and it was moist and seasoned. They had several choices in lobster roll preparations, and TheConnecticut comes warm with sweet butter drizzled over it. Yum!!!! Enjoy this fun spot but expect a line at lunchtime, so getthere early to grab a table. Alternately, there are a few spots to sit along the canal should every seat be taken. Read more
So sad it will closed in a few week for the season..but so happy they opened a year round one in Massapequa for take out ????
