Waited in line at least ten minutes, kid that took order very nice. Got home, fish not fully cooked and would had been nice if... my slaw that i paid for was in the bag. Word of advice, dont look around, place is a dump. Next time i drive to Butler pa to anice place.. Read more

This restaurant is the worst in Beaver county. The customer service is terrible and insanitary. The employees have no hair nets... or gloves on and were very rude. Never even got to order, let alone eat. Sat in drive thru for 10+ minutes, with only 1 car in front of me. Speaker at drive... thru was broken, so had to order at window. Never made it that far. Gave up after 10 minutes of waiting for my turn, anddecided to go elsewhere. This was all while 2 men that appeared to be employees were arguing (borderline fighting) behind thebuilding, right next to the drive thru line. Perhaps the line may have moved faster, and I would have gotten to order, hadthese 2 been inside working, rather than outside arguing with each other. Absolutely awful!! Waited in line forever with only 1 car in front of me. Ordered Pepsi and was given Diet, he gave me another... one and it was Diet also. He started using the "F" word several times. Meanwhile, my kids were in the car!
