I was very pleased with the steak sub I had at this establishment today! It was perfect. The roll was fresh and lightly toasted.... The sub was made exactly as I ordered it, and the woman who made it was friendly and obviously cared about making a great sub.She deserves a big raise. Read more

6:03 pm - Placed an order! 7:10 pm - Told the ?food was on its way!? 7:24 pm - Delivery driver is ?about pull up as we... speak!? 7:34 pm - No show! 7:36 pm - We can give you a refund but it?s going to be 3-5 days. 8:00 pm - You cancelled the orderat 7:10 pm! This past Friday we ordered $57.00 in food from here. Minor detail, the order taker got our address wrong. The delivery man... dropped off our food one hour and 15 min after ordering. I gave him $10 tip. The food was obviously cold. I ordered pasta extrasauce, however there was almost no sauce on the pasta. I called back. Spoke to manager Trevor or Travis, he said he would remakeour cold cood and as long as we gave back all the food we ordered we could have warm food brought to us. I declined as at thispoint my family was very hungry. Trevor asked if he could bring us something else. I advised dessert. 4 slices peanut butterpie, 4 cannolis and a 2 liter of pop. I swear, they ghosted us. Never called. Never showed. Again, this is after the MANAGERsaid he had no problem bringing us dessert and pop for the mess. So $67.00 in total and no one really enjoyed the food bc it wascold, & pasta was sauce-less. I am beyond disgusted at this establishment. Complete joke. Never order from here. Read more
