Wally's is a great place to eat and socialize. A very homey atmosphere with good food. Their fare is not exotic like some... places try for but it is good and satisfying. Hoping they will soon reopen their breakfast buffet which is the best inChattanooga. They offer a couple of separate meeting rooms at no charge as long as you meet the minimum number of mealspurchased. Read more

The food was delicious! It came out of the kitchen hot and our server was super nice. We will definitely be going back... ... hopefully when they are serving the chicken and dressing. It was amazing , so was the fried catfish. We were very impressed. Read more

This is no longer a buffet! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The building is old but comfortable in an old... fashioned way. Not sure that this place will make my favorites list but honestly I could just be disappointed that the reviews Iread stated it was a buffet and I was looking forward to trying many different foods instead of ordering from a menu. May haveto give this one another try in the future. Read more

The place is old, but we'll established. Very clean. Chicken fingers were homemade, not "home style" or prepackaged, and... delicious. Prices are reasonable. Service is outstanding. My one complaint is that I asked for no salt and my fries wereclearly salted. The waitress corrected the issue without question. Read more

We went to Wally's at 11 am hoping for breakfast. While they do have a limited breakfast offering at that time, the server... offered to have an omlet made to order. It was a good sized omelet with perfectly cooked egg (I hate it when an omelet hasovercooked egg), and a generous portion of cheese, tomato and onion. It came with two warm buttermilk biscuits that were crunchyon the outside and flaky on the inside. My husband had the breakfast platter with eggs, chunky fried potatoes, grits, bacon, sausage gravy and two biscuits. The bacon had a nice smoked flavor, was crispy and was not too thin. The fried potatoes wereflavorful, crispy on the outside and soft inside. He gave the gravy an average rating, tho. This is a newer building, so it isclean and has a diner vibe with red upholstered booths. It was moderately priced at $9 each, so well worth giving it a try. Read more
