I am sorry to say this but the East Ridge location is not good. I have been twice and both times have been seriously slow (it... should not take 15 minutes to get a hot tea, 10 of that spent at the window), first time I ordered a chai tea and it tasted likeflavored water, so I tried again a second time on a different day and I ordered a London fog (earl gray tea, vanilla syrup andmilk) and it had no syrup in it, it's supposed to have vanilla in it..it did not. Had the same order from the highway 58 storeand it was delicious. Manager at East Ridge needs to do some more training am sorry to say. Read more

Busy but workers were moving fast and efficient. Drinks were amazing..i order the matcha frappe and my kids love the strawberry... frappe, vsnilla bean and thble white chocolate non coffee versions. The lemon loaf is so moist and tasty and my daughter gavethe brownie a thumbs up. Read more

The employees are Jerks and they can't make coffee. Half the time, the bathrooms Still closed. Today we went in and there was a... sign on the bathroom door that said Out Of Order. There was only 1 person in front of me to order. there were about 6-7 pplwaiting on their drink. There were 4-5 employees working. they had made 12-17 drinks for to go orders and they were sitting onthe counter. we waited A LONG time for our drink. we watched other ppl go in the bathroom and they said there's absolutelynothing wrong with it. at that point we still didn't have our drink and the baristas started throwing away the other drinks.bear in mind other ppl had been waiting for 10+ min and had no drink. maybe instead of throwing them away, they could haveoffered the drink to the ppl STILL WAITING??? SO WASTEFUL AND INCONSIDERATE. the coffee is so weak despite adding an extrashot. also I think they just slapped the no bathroom sign on the door because they didn't want to clean it when the big groupcame in. jokes on them bc the group never came. ???? I recently visited this Starbucks for the first time. The experience started out excellent! Friendly conversation from the young... lady who took my order. The order process was an excellent experience. Once I reached my destination I grabbed my hot drinks andthe lid popped off!!! Spilling alll over my hand, my car, the ground and even in the business I was visiting. I was soembarrassed and I had made a mess in this professional establishment. I quickly attended to my burns and the owner cleaned themess up I had made. I called and spoke with management. The staff was very understanding, kinda and patient. Ms. Jackie was verykind when I returned to the store and showed her my burns from the medicine ball beverage. She quickly administered first aidand made a report of the incident. The company got right on it! My suggestion for the drinks is make sure drink carriers areprovided. Locking lids would be a good asset to add to the company?s budget for all stores, especially hot beverages!!!! Ibelieve a thermal type cup is best suited for all the drinks to keep cold cold and hot hot. The heat from the cup alone waspainful.I have videos but they are not uploading. Read more

The morning workers on the drive thru are the most awesome people I have ever encountered at an early hour. My daughter loves... the dragon fruit refresher and ask each school morning if she can have one. The crew got to the point they recognized us andalways treated us with the upmost kindness. When they ran out and did not have dragon fruit available, they apologized andwould let us know if and when they expected to have more. Working in logistics, I am very well aware of current supply chainissue and completely understood when told it was not available. What sparks this review is the level politeness and kindnessexpressed to us every morning we are there. No small feat when you consider most customers are there to try and make theirmorning a little better or are not fully awake yet. Not only is the crew there earlier than when most wake up, they exude goodattitudes and kindness. To this group I can only say namaste and thank you!! Read more

Placed an order through the app and when I show up the inside was closed and I had to go use the drivethu. I was not able to... pull through due my rig not fitting so I had to walk and the manager was rude and refused to serve me on foot or refund me mymoney. The manager also demanded me to move my vehicle and boat from the parking lot. When I called her on the phone sherefused to assist in any way and told me to have a wonderful day. Read more
