This location has been consistently terrible, every time I try to come here. Orders take FOREVER to get out. I sat in the lot... for my food for 20 minutes from the time I ordered. If this happened at any other fast food place it wouldn't fly. The employeewho took my order missed a few things that I said as well. I noticed my order was incorrect on the screen so I told the employeewhat needed to change and she said she got it but the order on the screen did not change so I didn't know if she actually did.As it turns out, I was brought regular tots instead of the broccoli tots I ordered and when I said something to them about itthey said they were out of the broccoli tots, which is something the person who took my order should have told me when I orderedthem. Not sure why that information wasn't conveyed. They also did not put the mustard on my burger that I asked for, nor didthey put the flavor add-in I requested for my husband's drink. They clearly weren't listening to me when I placed my order andwere trying to rush me through the process and they missed some things. I have had multiple bad experiences at this store. Willnever....ever go back. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Noticed in our wait that the person at the drive thruwindow was also bringing orders out to cars. If you are THAT short-staffed... maybe close that day. Or at the VERY least, letpeople know BEFORE THEY ORDER (like with a handy dandy sign or something) that you're short-staffed and that they'll be waitinga while for their food so that they can make a decision on whether or not to stay. I?ve not ever had a bad experience here, especially since Mrs. Tudor has been there! She always had the friendliest service and... always tries to make sure that everything is up to par! Absolutely love her and love this location! So convenient! Read more

We stopped in this morning on our way back to Florida, it took a little longer than expected but they seem short staffed which... I?m not surprised about. Food was accurate and service was great. The lady at the drive thru was busting her butt this morning!! Read more

I placed an order on the app. When I arrived I parked in a stall. They left onion rings off my order because they were out.I... asked for a partial refund. They gave me a receipt showing partial refund, but I never received it. The fries were cold. Theydidn't bring the condiments I ordered and no napkins. Oh, and the burger; it was sloppy and cold. Asked for a REGULAR Red Bull with ice, NOT the strawberry apricot. And they had the audacity to give me the CAN of strawberry... red bull with no ice which I did not even ask for, but they gave me just the can. And told me "We don't do those anymore." LikeWHAT? It's literally on your Menu, what do you mean?... They then gave me another can of red bull that was actually plain. So. Ihave to order a cup of ice just to MAKE MY OWN DRINK. That makes zero sense why would I go somewhere for a CAN of red bull Icould just go to a gas station for, they then tried to say "I asked you what you wanted and you didn't ask for that." I toldthem yes I did. I told you 3 times that I wanted ONE Strawberry apricot SLUSH (which they made just fine) and ONE REGULAR RedBull with Ice. Multiple times I explained that, it's not hard. I've never had this happen to me at a Sonic, y'all need to hirepeople that actually listen. Trying to say that they can't put a regular red bull inside a cup of ice, but yet they can do thatwith the Summer strawberry apricot one. In the picture I had to make my own drink. I had to poor the 2 cans of red bull into thesame cup myself... Just nonsense and pure laziness. I paid you to make me a drink yet I have to make my own drink, thatbasically ruined my entire day by wasting my time and money and in the end, I STILL didn't get what I asked for... We went to sonic last night around 930pm and being that they were one of the few places open, they were PACKED! so we waited a... while for our food. But can't even complain because EVERYTHING was made perfectly as ordered and hot and fresh. I only saw onecar hop the entire time we were there and she was fantastic! This sonic has disappointed me yet again this year. I always love eating at Sonic. I have frequented the one in East Ridge since... I was a kid. For the past 6 months my burgers have been burned more times than they were edible. Tonight we ordered twodifferent burgers. The meat was burned on both, and my bun was also burned pretty bad. It makes me not want to come hereanymore. The only time I?ve had good service was when they had all the managers come in from the region for training. That daywas excellent.
