I know chickens have feathers, however; when I buy chicken at a restaurant I expect the feathers to be off the chicken.... Apparently, that is too much to expect from the employees of this restaurant. Today, I gave the restaurant another try. Noticethe second picture is their chicken wing, so burnt it is dark brown showing it was cooked multiple times. Read more

The customer service was horrible ! They were very slow about 2:00 on Sunday , and the chicken tasted like it was sitting there... for over an hour or two . They didn't ask if we wanted any sauces or napkins just very very horrible customer service . It wouldhave been better if people would have smiled or asked if we needed anything else and had fresh chicken ! Read more

Went there today in drive thru. The lady took my order didn't see anyone else in the store. The lady's name is Rhonda she was... great. She should definitely be a manager. She didn't rush my order she made sure my food was hot, accurate and she wasrespectful and apologized about not having the product I wanted and made my experience worth driving the extra miles to thislocation! 08252022 at 850 pm. Worst of the worst EVER. Employees left the premise while I was at the drive thru to order instead of... taking customers. I proceeded to drive around and saw 2 cars in the lot and assumed they were still opened. Wrong!!! SADLY,there was one car behind me and 2 more pulling into the lot. Shameful that the management allowed this. What does it mean fora business to treat customers in this manner? You won't get a penny from me--- oh wait you're wanting the unemploymentcheck--- I hope corporate is taking notes of this establishment. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. This is the third time I've been to this particular Popeyes and it's unbelievable the employees... that they hire. Extremely unprofessional, there were only three cars ahead of me and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get ourfood once we got our food of course we're missing part of our order. We tried to walk in but of course the doors were locked wewere so frustrated at this point we just left. Popeyes please hire more quality well trained employees. My family and I will notbe going back. Read more

This location has some of the most rude cashier/servers. You can't ask a question without sarcasm following Asking how much... something is at the window to hear the reply I can't add on at the window! Chicken served was super dry. One visit there I askedfor fresh chicken because they were cold and the cashier told floor manager who opened the box and started feeling on thechicken and said what's wrong with it? I said it's cold.... She closed the window walked away got more chicken, opened thewindow handed to me and closed the window. I was checking it to see if it was hot only to get the cashier to open the window andasked what's the problem. I don't understand these fast food restaurant managers and owners today Today at Saturday July 23rdreturned big box because it was dry and hard.
