Had mobile order, very simple just a couple letters, couple of numbers....well after getting to the pickup window I requested... ketchup, mustard. The girl even pulled bag inside window and faked putting requested condiments in bag. Then we got shorted alarge fry, no condiments and quite frankly this store is way to busy to be handing out effed up orders like that. Tried callingstore to try get my order fixed only to be told to call back during normal business hours seeing as how they was closed and all.BU#LS@IT!! Read more

Employees and managers are rude and tell u the don't care about your messed up food and hang up in your face twice.. and one was... a male manager... Def taking it to corporate I need my 23 dollars back.. look at reciept does that look plain . Read more

This McDonald?s is usually fast and friendly. Drive through is preferred. Eating inside seems like a hassle as the dining room... is usually messy and the staff seems too short on time to deal with the walk-ins. Good food usually fresh. Hopefully they bringback milkshakes soon. Read more
Ordered and paid for a LARGE HOT MOCHA WITH EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO and a blueberry muffin? my muffin was ice cold and I did not... get the coffee I asked for? got plain coffee with cream and sugar! Which isn?t terrible but not what I asked for, and NOT WHAY IPAID FOR? muffin finally got to room temp and was okay- but not great. Tasted like it had been frozen - not fresh. Read more
Placed a mobile order which turned out being 20$. Got back home and our food was burnt and the buns were hard and it was all... cold. The chicken was black because it was so burnt. The hamburgers had hard old buns and so did the chicken sandwich. Rudeemployees too. Ridiculous. Read more
