Been here a few times. Always get Hit & Ready as advertised. Last time I went, the guy behind the counter saw the time had... expired on the pizzas in the hot box so he refused to serve them. I've always had an easy experience here until today. I usually use the portal because I'm a bit antisocial. This time, they had... someone new who they were training and it was obvious she was having a difficult time. I stand in line and they get to me withina couple minutes and I show them my order. The manager, who I did not ask for btw, started saying that the ordering systemchanged and they were having problems with it. That might be true but my order was already ready, just put in the wrong sham(hotbox) in another location. This guy is a great manager who did not want to put any of his new employees down and that'srespectable. I will definitely be coming back to this location because management is top notch. If there was a button for no stars that would be my choice. Rude as people. Try to place an order and get hung up on and tell me... no. Wth is wrong with these workers.
