Drive thru service was horrible. When we drove to the window she had our order wrong. Took our order let us pay and then was... told it would be 10 minutes. There was no one there so how did you not have any chicken available? 15 minutes later my husbandgoes to the window and still no food! I will never come to this store again! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 10-2-22,7pm drive thru line was long,they were serving fast as they could. I ordered Fried chicken dinner, worse thing to eat... is chicken not cooked all way. It appeared they were short staffed but aleast when I got my food ,order was correct chicken welldone and fixing delicious. Thank y'all for coming to work busting A$$ need to making 16. prhr . I got the deluxe breakfast , the biscuit was good and soft the gravy was very watery the hash browns had fresh and dried up hash... browns in it, I purchased my breakfast in East ridge and I live in the Eastdale area so I had gotten home when I realize howthe hash brown and gravy was. Read more
It was pretty good except that the green beans were over salted. But my husband loved his fried chicken,biscuit and mash... potatoes and gravy. Just don't overdo the salt in the green beans and it would be perfect. Not a fan of the mocha shakes,but theservice was fast and the staff were nice! Read more
The manager was nice. However, I was there just before dinner hour and ordered chicken fingers, one of their main items and none... were ready. I ended up waiting for them to cook a new batch. Also, didn't have any of another menu item, white gravy, at all.They let me order it, but then found out it was unavailable when they put my order together. The kitchen was also a problem. Ihave never been to a Jack's that was so dirty. There was garbage and food all over the floor in the kitchen and behind the frontcounter... very unappetizing. Read more
I ordered no eggs extra gravy, someone came over to help cashier place my order. I got extra eggs no grits. Almost enough to... make me not go back. I don't eat eggs so my breakfast is skimpy. Read more
