Have you ever been to a sandwich shop that doesn't have lettuce? This one is out. I can buy lettuce, why can't they. The prices... are extremely high. $25.00 for 2 medium sized sandwiches and 1 small bag of chips ... no drinks. The help is very indifferent. Go to Subway or a good full service restaurant for the same price. Read more

Every single Firehouse location serves up delicious sandwiches with a purpose. The food is always fresh and top quality. We... love the Hook and Ladder and the Sub on a Club. Read more

Driving back towards Atlanta I made a quick cut through to the Ringgold highway to cut time off the interstate. it was a lot of... traffic almost back to 75 I saw a fire house subs store. I was delighted to see it because I had wanted to stop at Firesidebefore leaving Nashville but I accidentally passed it up. Too dang lazy and too much traffic to circle back around. I pulledinto the store and danced in to get my favorite the hook and ladder sub. I like everything on it except those onions. I?m surethey?re great but for me nope, no onions. I walked up to the counter to place my order and was behind a lady who had come in andordered about a dozen sandwich. She seemed a little annoyed that she wasn?t going to get them immediately. The staff was doing everything they could to accommodate her and all the other customers that were in there. I made my order and then wanderedaround a few minutes waiting for my sandwich to be ready. It was ready pretty quickly though; actually faster than I expectedit would be considering the big order they had just taken. Everyone there was really friendly and smiling and seem to be havinga good time despite the store being pretty busy. They would?ve been fairly busy even without the large order that had walked in. Please, if you have a great big order it?s polite to call ahead so the staff can get it ready for you and they don?t have torush through everything including taking care of the regular walk-in customers. Back on I 75 S. heading towards Atlanta. It isgetting dark and boy I wish I was home already. It has been one long, miserable drive. At least it hasn?t rained. At least Ihave a really good sandwich to snack on while I?m driving. I?ve only got like two hours to go to get home and there?s no way Ican eat all of this humongous delicious firehouse foot-long sub before I get there. If I did I?ve had to pull over somewhere andtake a nap. Read more

I had the Philly Cheese Steak. It was ok...the meat was dry or maybe even overcooked. It definitely was not worth the high... price. The service was ok, too. I?ve eaten at the location in Red Bank, and was ten times better than East Ridge. Probably won?tgo back to this location. Read more

Terrible service they didn't want to tend to us we had to wait while the system supposedly came up when they could have made our... sandwiches just like they were about to right before the system supposedly came back up. You can tell when people are just lazyand don't want to work. Also I requested my bread be replaced with lettuce and they looked at me like I was speaking anotherlanguage. Low carb is not new people should know but even if they don't it's not that hard to accommodate a customer withspecific diatary needs like lettuce instead of bread... Read more

This place was good at one time but the kids today stand around talk on phones or each other. I purchased chili and it took 15... mins to get it. When I did it was cold. I thought chili stays in a warmer to keep warm. Pathetic places can't get the hiringprocess down to keep these young idrods in check. Read more

Well this was my first time ever having Firehouse Sub's a friend of mine said we should go there and I really needed to try it.... Well I agreed and we went. My friend ordered his sandwich and moved, the cashier walked up and looked at me 3 time's beforetaking my order and she only took it then because people came in. She was rude when taking my order and not helpful at all. Idon't expect Chick-fil-A customer service from them but some decent form of customer service would have been nice. Food was goodbut I'll never spend my money here again!!! Read more
