The service- wonderful. The people are so sweet and work well. The food- yikes. I got the sausage egg Croissant which wasn?t... bad, but the hashbrowns taste like some kind of kitchen cleaner. I had to spit it back out! At first, I wondered if it was justmy pregnancy taste, but I?ve tasted it prior to pregnancy and then did some research, and I am not the only one. I don?t knowwhat?s going on- if the cleaning product isn?t getting cleaned all the way off, a filter isn?t being changed, or what, but Icannot be the only one experiencing this. I've been a loyal dunkin customer for years... get the same iced coffee daily, large w 7 liquid sugar and 4 creams. Then I get... to window and she says $4.07... and just yesterday it was $3.70... last year $2.72. So I ask if they went up again, she says nothey charged you for the extra swirl you got... but I didn't get an extra swirl, so I wait for them to correct price and managercomes to window saying that thats how they charge for extra liquid sugar. Which I've never heard before. So I said that I dontwant to pay for something im not getting,, and that if liquid sugar costs extra it should say liquid sugar for the line itemcharge. She was very rude in explaining how their policies are changing as of the 17th of August and that she was told to chargeliquid sugar as a swirl. She refused to give me my coffee with the 3 extra pumps, so I asked for a remake with granulated sugarinstead since that would keep price under $4. She ended up having to make a 3rd iced coffee over less than .40 cents on myoriginal order . So that's over $7 in coffee she waisted all because she wanted to charge me for a swirl flavor shot i did notorder and stand her ground instead of treating the loyal customer with respect and taking off the swirl charge. I only wanted 7liquid sugars and am not going to be charged for anything extra im not getting, felt like dunkin was trying to rob me. Don'tcharge customers for things that are free. All registers have buttons for items that cost and liquid sugar isnt one of them.Management on duty this AM needs to take customer service course as well. Not impressed. Read more
Im a coffee lover and east ridge gets the coffee right most of the time but the one in fort oglethorpe is not right half the... time i have to get them to remake it. But over all great coffee.. Read more
I work at Dunkin in Fort Oglethorpe and I was off today so I went to the East Ridge Dunkin because I only live a minute away... from there it was just easier and quicker and the service is horrible they were all standing around on their phones not takingmy order I stood there for a good 10 minutes then when they finally took my order the lady was frustrated because she didn?tknow how to ring up my drink. they also were taking care of the mobile orders before in store customers and when I finallyreceived my drink 10 minutes later it was made completely wrong. The one I work at literally would never we are never allowedto have our phones out online and customers should always come first !!!! vvvv disappointed!!!!!! Read more

Wow.. This place was an absolute mess!.. Took forever to get our drinks. The lady who took our order was disrespectful.. I... overheard them tell someone they were out of a flavor just to be corrected by another worker that they did have the flavor andit was shrugged off and giggled about behind the counter.. The lady left too. $ just walked out the door with no cares given..Although my order was correct, I will continue to do as before and go to Fort Oglethorpe. At least there I won't be called outas the lady who orders Diabetes in a cup.. yeah let that soak in.. Read more
Ordered two halloween spider donuts got home and they were literally just thrown in a bag all melted and gross. If I hadn't... already made it home I would have most definitely took them back and got my money back.. this was such a waste of money.. ???? Read more
