Another employee simultaneously came out at 1032 to rotate the sign and then theintercom said "Sorry for the wait, what can we get you?" , the. Proceeded to tell us they were done serving breakfast and nowonly serving lunch. This is the kind of thing you think only happens in comedy clips on YouTube. I... waited 6 minutes called out 3 times?Hello? and got no answer so I pulled up to window and a Blue haired woman turned around andstarted yelling at me! She said I told you to hold on! I have been to this Burger King several times lately with my mother who is 86 years old and she has a preference for the 2 for... $10.00 deal with an ice cream for dessert. The young man who took/has taken our order the last few times, Shannon, has been sonice and respectful. Was so patient and even had our preferences memorized. And even had our ice cream ready when we were ready.(I overheard a conversation about him saying that he actually walks 40 minutes to get to and from work.) His work ethic anddetermination is extremely rare in this day and age. It's remarkable. His attitude alone makes you want to come back. Iactually heard another customer say that very same thing. He said that the young man's attitude alone made someone want to comeback. The comraderary of this crew is very good. They seem to get along very well. What time they are not preparing food, theyare cleaning. Something, wiping, mopping etc. It's nice to sit in a clean place to eat. It seems smaller than the others butit's in a quiet place. Read more
Do not waste your time with this location. I love Burger King. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent... over an hour trying to get my order and get it correctly. The 2 mangers did nothing to help, and one of them yelled at the younggirl that was trying to get my order together. Then half of my order sat there for 20 mins till I asked the manager what thewait was for. Then she said, ?oh I?m sorry, let me remake it now,? 10 mins later she handed me a bag with half my order in it.It was missing 2 sandwiches, jalapeño poppers, cheese sticks, and drinks. The food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The ladies at the counter were very nice and friendly while taking your... order and getting what you needed. They were also very patient with my special needs son's requests for a toy with his meal. Idefinitely recommend and you can dine in and it's clean! Read more
Pulled in the drive thru @10:30pm and only 3 cars ahead of us. We waited a whole 30mins before we got to the speaker box. When... we got to the speaker box, nobody answer until 5mins later and the lady behind the speaker said it would just be a moment. As wewaited for about 15mins before we ordered, we had to wait almost 20mins to get our food. It was very disappointing as it was anhour and ten minutes wasted. Read more
Just left there about 5 minutes ago. My husband ordered a whopper with cheese, but absolutely NOTHING was on it. No lettuce, no... tomato, no pickle, no cheese. These two young ladies in the drive thru window need to pay more attention to these orders thatcome thru. Or they need to be let go. Very much dissatisfied. They honestly don't even deserve one star. I said I wasn't going to do a review but this is really getting old. Every time I come to the drive-thru there is always a 2-5... minute wait even when there's no cars in front of me but when you go in, the manager is on the phone while on the cook line plusthe drive-thru cashier will make you wait 5-6 minutes as well. The food is never heated right nor is it fresh cuz it'sstale/tough or burnt. Read more
