No matter how excited I get on their new stuff, I always feel robbed every time I leave there. Yea they HAVE THE MEATS, they... just never give much of it to us and it is FAR too expensive. The service and food is always great. The past 3 times I've been by they have been out of turkey.
Although the inside dining wasn't open, the drive through did a good job getting orders ready. Also a friendly voice taking my... order. Didn't take long and I was at the window. Got a bag of hot beef & cheddar sandwiches. Great staff! Read more

My mother and I both have covid and can not leave our home. We made a delivery order for a beef n cheddar, French dip sub, med... fries and a regular mozzarella stick. Food arrives and NO BEEF N CHEDDAR...How do you plan to fix this since we can not leaveour home and did not get what we ordered and can not drive to your store to force you to fix. I mean we could I guess, but Iwouldn't ever risk someone else's health!!!!!! If I get no fix and an apology, I'll never return. Teach your employees to readand fill an order correctly. Read more
Food was great until I found a long black k hair in curly fries (usually no prob it can happen to anyone). Oh no, they?re... goingWhile waiting for fresh fries til he proceed to dip from contaminated batch for drive thru customer. Seriously, you?regiving those to someone else to eat too. Probably the worst service I've had from a fast food restaurant. Cashier/ order taker was rude and very cold to us. We were very... polite in telling her we had 2 orders. She seemed frustrated and proceeded to take our orders My sister asked for a meal butthen told her she didn't want a drink. She responded "well you don't want a meal". I was a little baffled that we had not beenrude to her. I ordered a kids meal with apple juice. She forgot to separate the orders so that made her even more rude. Thechicken tenders I received were COLD not kinda warm but cold as if they had been in the refrigerator. We came back because Icouldn't eat those. Told her on the mic as the inside was not opened she simply said "pull up". She walked away from the windowand sent the MGR TRAINEE Jeremy to the window as she knew she has been rude, rushing us and simple acting as if she hated herjob and was ready to leave. It was 9:15pm but no reason for rudness. Jeremy didn't apologize and simple said they are hot. Fastfood service has gotten so bad now. I think owners and managers simply want a body to work.
