Was feeding a big group and the guy(the only one who spoke more than 3 words of broken English) told me i couldn?t order more... than 4 sandwiches, i had coupons and he limited me to 2 coupons. With 4 other people standing there with him, it would?ve beeneasy to get the order out. He said ?let?s hurry up? but went and started organizing lettuce and ignoring me. Glad i didn?t orderonline because they completely ruined the sandwiches i got. Poor lady behind me had a simple sandwich and the lady making theorder kept responding in Spanish to the customer who clearly only spoke English. Will go out of my way to avoid this one!! Read more
Placed an order on my lunch break for pick up. Was notified my order was ready & drove to the location to pick it up. I come in... and they can?t find my order. I have two different confirmations proving i placed the order. The man was no help and I askedif I was able to receive a refund or my food because I paid and showed proof. He walked off from me while I was talking. Ipolitely asked for corporates number which they refused to give me. Turns out they cancelled my order because they didn?t wantto make it and instead of being honest they were rude and gaslighting. Read more
Ordered through grubhub. All I got was a bag of 9 cookies. I ordered a sub with 2 cookies I'm not sure how they messed this up... unless it was just pure laziness. They even put the receipt with what I actually ordered in the bag. Read more

I was charged more than the usual prices at other Subway restaurants(by $10), all because I wanted shredded cheese on my Subway... Club instead of the provolone. And, the receipt showed a "roast beef footlong" for $9.99 plus $3.29 for turkey and ham andcalled it" extra fit", when the "Subway club" comes with roast beef, ham. and turkey. I was charged double the amount for eachof the add-ons, chips, fountain drink, and cookies that other Subway charge. I have never paid this much for the same items atother Subway restaurants! The only reason I gave it two stars is because I paid for the food and took it home to consume. I wastired from working all day and did not feel like going somewhere else.
