I have shopped at this location for several months now. Finally got a coupon in the mail and they refused it. Their exact words... were, "We except every coupon except that one." This particular Subway is so stingy with the items needed to make a sub that it's ridiculous, the American Club with bacon that... I ordered was so flat, looks nothing like the picture on the menu, I would have been better off going to a competitor, I havenever had a sub that was so small it may as well have been a slider, and the manager had the nerve to defend his incompetentemployee. I actually took a picture of the sub he fixed for me right in front of him because I couldn't believe my eyes,Ihonestly don't know how they are able to use Subway name they're literally destroying the subway reputation. The customer service was brash and rude. There was a very weird energy in there that was not welcoming. The tuna sub that I... ordered tasted as if the tuna was bad. The lady who fix my sub kinda coughed in the air over the food. I will never returned tothis subway. I feel slightly sick to my stomach. I had to throw the rest of my sub away after only a few bites. I ordered an Italian sub on the herb and cheese bread. Staff was EXTREMELY stingy with the portions and I kept having to ask for... things like more lettuce please- I understand if it is peak hours and you are trying to ration inventory.. but I was ordered ata very slow/non busy time. It is as if workers are trained to be very stingy. Ingredients are definitely NOT fresh (tomatoes aresoggy, lettuce has brown color... all the ingredients look like they might be expired soon) which goes against Subway's brand asa whole "Eat Fresh". I even asked for a water cup and the owner refused and said that there are no water cups and he wouldcharged me a fountain drink price. Management is very money hungry and greedy and clearly is willing to sacrifice service andcustomer satisfaction. There were no napkins available when I asked for some as well.
